Suspension and revocation (cancellation) of the certificate
Suspension of the certificate occurs when there is evidence (results of scheduled or extraordinary/special audits) that the client is unable or unwilling to comply with the obligations and requirements of certification
Reasons for certificate suspension
The client's management system does not meet the requirements of the certificate, including the requirements for the effectiveness of the management system;
The client does not allow supervisory or recertification audits to be conducted in a timely manner
In the event of suspension, the client's management system certification becomes invalid and the client cannot refer to its certificate.
The certificate may be suspended in the following cases
The client fails to fulfil financial obligations to the GIC
The client voluntarily applies for suspension
