Impartiality policy
GUARD IS CERTIFICATION is:
GUARD IS CERTIFICATION Sp z o.o., as a certification body, confirms that it always adheres to integrity and ethics, especially in situations that may cause a conflict of interest between personal and professional relationships. We recognise the importance of impartiality and ensure the objectivity of our management system.

02
Does not design, manufacture or control certified products, processes or services and does not certify other certification bodies in the field of management systems.
03
Does not offer or conduct consultations in the field of management system certification in order to maintain its impartiality and independence, and does not have any links or cooperation with consulting companies in the context of management system certification.
04
Does not conduct training for clients that may cause a conflict of interest, and does not perform internal audits for certified clients.
05
Avoid providing services or establishing relationships that could potentially lead to a conflict of interest.
To ensure objectivity in the work of internal and external personnel who may influence the results of the certification, GIC requires employees to report all circumstances known to them that may cause a conflict of interest. The GIC management uses this information to identify potential threats to impartiality related to the activities of employees or organisations that engage them, and does not use such employees if it cannot confirm that there is no conflict of interest.

Auditors are not allowed to have any relationship with the client. The audit is carried out by a person who does not approve the auditor's report and does not make a decision on certification. GIC provides equal access to its services for all candidates for management system certification. In its work, the organisation regularly assesses the risks that may affect its impartiality, including those arising from its activities and relationships between employees. If an impartiality risk is identified, GIC explains how it will be eliminated or minimised. In case of a risk, the final decision on the possibility of certification is made after review by the Impartiality Committee.
